（班登20日讯）被污蔑涉及欺诈，透过与大使馆的关系协助他人取得签证，马来西亚华人旅游业公会、总会长包一雄以及新康泰旅行社(HTC)今日接受当事人道歉，以还清白，但仍保留法律追究权利。 马来西亚华人旅游业公会(MCTA)署理主席拿督斯里许育兴指出，是于本月 12 日发现， 有人在社交媒体，包括微信、抖音和小红书，散播公会、总会长包一雄以及新康泰旅行社涉 及欺诈的不实讯息。内容更指包一雄为诈骗集团成员，并透过会长身份安排他人到东南亚某 国大使馆办理签证，而 HTC 旅行社则是同伙。 他说，公会会员和旅游业者皆对事件感到震惊，并在收集证据后，于本月 14 日向警方作出 投报，而当事人则于次日(15 日)到公会交涉，承认捏造和散播上述事件以及签署道歉声 明。他是今日在当事人邱姓男子亲自前往马来西亚华人旅游业公会，公开向公会、包一雄和新康泰旅行社作出道歉时，如是指出。 包一雄指出，邱姓男子是因与另一名男子有生意上的纠纷，而在一怒之下作出污蔑他个人、公会和旅行社的鲁莽行为，进而令各造声誉受损。 除了公开道歉，邱姓男子也承诺，日后会控制情绪和注意言行，并已撤下所有污蔑的讯息。 包一雄则要求，邱姓男子必须在所有社交媒体发布澄清和道歉声明，以还各造清白。 出席的还有马来西亚华人旅游业公会副主席黄鹏业、拿督王珊盈、委员黄和通以及新康泰旅行社集团总裁冯暐媛。 https://www.orientaldaily.com.my/news/nation/2022/09/20/513651
